About

As much as I love nutrition and fitness, I think my true passion lies for people and community. Nothing is more exciting than the relationships that I get to create with each one of you. With this in mind, I was inspired to create a community dedicated to pushing you to be the strongest, happiest, and healthiest version of yourself! Healthy at Home is an all encompassing group, including everything you need to live a healthy lifestyle from the comfort of your own home. Nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand and I wanted to create a platform that bridges the gap between the two. With a background in dietetics and food science, I felt it was crucial to add a nutrition component to this group that really breaks down the science behind proper nutrition. In addition to nutrition breakdown, I felt it was only appropriate to incorporate a fitness aspect as well.
